The complete member record. NFPA 1582 medical tracking. Encrypted PII. Contact, gear sizes, certs, training, hours, points — one profile.
What it does
Most departments keep member records in three places: a spreadsheet for contact info, a binder for medical clearances, and the chief's memory for everything else. Watchroom puts it in one place with proper encryption for the sensitive bits.
Volunteer or career — both first-class. Volunteer members get their own contact preferences and on-call schedules. Career members get shift assignments and HR data. The system handles both without forcing one model on the other.
How it works
Annual physicals, fitness assessments, return-to-duty clearances. Calendar-aware expiry tracking. Pull a member off the run list automatically when a clearance lapses.
SSN, driver license, banking for direct deposit — all encrypted at rest. Access logged. Visible only to OWNERs + HR-role members.
Member type drives different workflows. Volunteers: on-call status, response groups, LOSAP eligibility. Career: shift assignments, HR data, overtime.
Integrations
No CSV exports. No batch jobs. No manual reconciliation. When something happens in one module, the others know.
Member certs surface on the profile. Expiry alerts route through Email & Notifications.
Training completions, JPR task books, NFPA 1403 forms — all linked to the member.
Hours calculated from incident attendance + training + external — all rolling up to the member profile.
Point ledger per member. Auto-credited from runs, training, meetings.
