Officer's narrative, exposures, weather, response times. Generates the printable incident report alongside the NFIRS submission.
What it does
NFIRS gives you the structured data. The incident report is the human story around it — what the officer saw, what the conditions were, what the strategy was. Most RMS tools treat this as an afterthought. Watchroom treats it as the document that holds up in court.
The narrative editor pulls in everything the system already knows — apparatus, units, times, weather at the alarm — so the officer is writing the story, not transcribing the data.
How it works
Formatted text, bulleted lists, embedded photos. Versioned — every edit captured for audit trail.
Weather at time of alarm (from NOAA), responding apparatus, civilian casualties, time-stamp summary — all pre-populated in the narrative scaffold.
Generate a single-PDF incident report combining narrative + NFIRS summary + apparatus log + crew roster. Signed digitally.
