Combo adds the EMS side: ePCR plus the integrated CAD → ePCR → NFIRS/NERIS handoff, so a single call flows from dispatch to patient care to state reporting with no double entry. If you run EMS or transport, you want Combo.
Anytime. Start on EMS Only or Fire Only and move up to Combo when your operations grow — we prorate the difference against your annual term. No re-implementation, no data migration; the modules just switch on.
No. Every tier includes unlimited users — put every member, officer, and medic on it at no extra cost. We don't meter incidents, reports, or storage either. The annual price is the price.
Cloud-hosted and single-tenant: your department gets its own database, encrypted at rest, isolated from every other agency. Daily backups, point-in-time restore. Your HIPAA-protected ePCR data is never co-mingled with another department's.
