What it does

The PCR that knows what time you got there.

ZOLL ePCR, ESO ePCR, ImageTrend ePCR — all charge per user, all run on their own time-stamp clock, all require the paramedic to type the times again that the CAD already has.

Watchroom's ePCR pulls times from the CAD automatically. Same alarm time, same en-route time, same on-scene time, same destination-arrival time. The paramedic types vitals, meds, procedures, and a signature — not the times that already exist in another database.

How it works

Three things that change.

NEMSIS 3.5 native Built against NEMSIS 3.5.1 schema from day one. State submission per your state's NEMSIS endpoint. Drug, procedure, and protocol catalogs are department-extensible.
Draw-pad signatures Patient signature on transport / refusal. Paramedic signature on close. Witness signature on controlled substance administration. All draw-pad, all audit-trailed.
Sign, lock, amend Once signed and locked, the PCR is immutable. Amendments tracked separately. The day the prosecutor calls about a run from two years ago, the audit trail holds up.
Connected

Talks to every other module.

No CSV exports, no batch jobs, no reconciling two systems by hand. When something happens in one module, the others already know.

CAD Times (alarm, en route, on scene, transport, at destination, in-service) flow from CAD automatically. NFIRS Auto-Draft EMS-related incidents auto-draft a linked NFIRS EMS Module alongside the PCR. Controlled Substances Drug administration on the PCR auto-debits the controlled-substance chain of custody. Roster & HR Crew on the PCR pulls from the roster. Certifications validated at the time of the call.
