What it does

One profile per member. Everything else points at it.

Most departments keep member records in three places: a spreadsheet for contact info, a binder for medical clearances, and the chief's memory for everything else. Watchroom puts it in one place with proper encryption for the sensitive bits.

Volunteer or career — both first-class. Volunteer members get their own contact preferences and on-call schedules. Career members get shift assignments and HR data. The system handles both without forcing one model on the other.

How it works

NFPA 1582 medical Annual physicals, fitness assessments, return-to-duty clearances. Calendar-aware expiry tracking. Pull a member off the run list automatically when a clearance lapses.
