What it does

Time on the truck, time in the classroom, time on the call.

The chief's time-tracking spreadsheet usually has three columns: incident hours, training hours, "other." Three sources, manually reconciled, often wrong.

Watchroom calculates hours automatically from data the system already has. Incident hours from CAD alarm-through-close times. Training hours from class attendance. External hours from the approval workflow. No separate tracker, no double entry.
