Certifications

70+ Texas certs seeded out of the box. Officer approval workflow. TCFP and SFFMA CSV exports. Expiration alerts before they bite.

70+ TX certs seeded Officer approval TCFP / SFFMA exports Expiry alerts
What it does

See the expiration on day 30, not the morning of day 0.

Texas alone has 70+ TCFP and SFFMA cert types. Departments track them in spreadsheets that nobody updates because the spreadsheet doesn't know when something is about to expire.

Watchroom seeds the entire Texas catalog out of the box (TCFP, SFFMA, NREMT). Cert expiry is tracked automatically. Email alerts go out at 90 / 60 / 30 / 7 days. The day a cert lapses, the member drops off whatever role required it.

How it works

Three things that change.

70+ TX certs seeded TCFP Firefighter I/II, Driver/Operator, Officer I/II/III, Hazmat Tech, Inspector, Instructor — all pre-loaded. SFFMA + NREMT certs too. Check a box, don't type.
Officer approval Member submits a cert (paperwork attached). Officer approves before it counts. Approval audit-logged.
State CSV exports TCFP roster export. SFFMA training submission. One-click CSV in the format your state portal accepts.
