SCBA & PPE Compliance

Flow tests, hydro tests, mask fit tests. PPE issue, inspection, retirement. NFPA 1851 life-cycle dates calculated for you.

What it does

Compliance dates that the auditor sees before you do.

NFPA 1851 says PPE is retired at 10 years. NFPA 1981 says SCBA cylinders get hydro'd every 5 years. Mask fit tests every 12 months. Every department knows the rules. Most departments find out they're past due when the auditor shows up.

Watchroom tracks every SCBA cylinder and every PPE set with its key dates. The dashboard surfaces what's expiring in 30/60/90 days. The auditor sees the same dashboard you do — which is the point.

How it works

Three things that change.

NFPA 1851 life-cycle Manufacture date → 10-year retirement countdown. Inspections logged per the standard. Retirement triggers automatic.
Flow + hydro tests SCBA flow tests annual per NFPA 1852. Cylinder hydro every 5 years per DOT. Scheduled, logged, passed/failed.
Mask fit tests Annual fit tests per OSHA 1910.134. Per-member, per-mask-model. Failed fit → member off SCBA assignments until refit.

Talks to every other module.

No CSV exports, no batch jobs, no reconciling two systems by hand. When something happens in one module, the others already know.
